MiraMon Licenses

This problem in mind, MiraMon developer team has introduced the telematic license, a new system that has three advantages: There is no need of floppy disk unit, it is compatible with Windows Vista and do not require a postal mail shipment. The last point indirectly reduces the final cost of a license due to shipment and packaging costs are no longer charged.

MiraMon license is now available in 3 supports:

Telematic license:

License is activated and deactivated form an Internet connection. There is no need of Internet connection in the computer where license will be setup because it is possible to use a third computer by means of transferring the activation files. In general, it is the recommendedprocedure and you have to use it when your computer has no 3.5" floppy disc unit. License can be deactivated through Internet connection (using your own computer or another connected one) to transfer it to another computer and ALWAYS before formatting the hard disk or upgrading the Windows Version or the operating system.

Key disk:

MiraMon license is sent by postal mail in a 3.5" floppy disk; once installed in your own computer, license is specific of that computer, but it can be removed and moved to another computer using the original floppy disk. Also ALWAYS before formatting the hard disk or upgrading the Windows Version or the operating system.

Corporative (also known as floating):
